Listed below is the report for Monday Jan. 21, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Lynn Baldwin, 62, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Wagner on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Baldwin was released the same day after paying $295.50 cash.
Kevin Lee Childers, 34, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Raybun and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects. Childers was released on 1/22 after posting a $1,600 property bond. See also (8/8/2012) (6/7/2012)
Charvis Deonta Davis, 17, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Parker and charged with first degree burglary and obstruction of an officer. Davis remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (11/17/2012) (10/17/2012) (4/2/2012)
Quintenia Chajuan Dawson, 42, of Atlanta was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Hearne and charged with driving on a suspended license and no head light. Dawson remains in custody at the time of this publication.

J B Hill III, 35, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with driving on a suspended license (third offense) and no seat belt.
Jeffery Alan Loyd, 49, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputies Wagner and Deaton on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. The bench warrant was dismissed and Loyd was released on 1/23. See also (3/1/2011) (10/12/2010) (8/25/2010) (3/13/2010)
Artie Lavelle Price, 40, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and McClendon on a warrant for felony probation violation. Price remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/15/2012)
Joe Lee Stocks, 43, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court and a warrant for felony probation violation. Stocks remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/6/2010)
Don Ray Young Jr., 32, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Speck and charged with DUI, open container violation and resisting an officer. Young was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (6/7/2012) (12/2/2010)
