Listed below is the report for Wednesday Jan. 16, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Kajuan Duane Burnett, 21, of Rockmart was sentenced and remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/22/2012)

Dustin Kyle Clark, 26, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Logan and charged with theft by deception, child support and theft by receiving stolen property. Clark remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Benjamin Chalmas Hobbs, 26, of Cedartown was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Hunter and charged with first degree criminal damage to property, harassing phone calls and aggravated assault. Hobbs remains in custody with no bond at the time of this publication.

Kenneth Lee Moore, 46, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Yarbrough and charged with public drunkenness. Moore was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. Bridgett Nails, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Nails were released the same day after paying a $205.50 cash bond.

Stephanie Sherie Smith, 22, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Jackson and charged with simple battery. Smith was released on 1/17 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (11/6/2009)

Christopher Dennis Vines, 26, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Vines remains in custody at the time of this publication. Vines must pay $166.00 to Intertech. See also (11/12/2012) (10/24/2012) (8/15/2012) (4/17/2012)

Demon Eugene Wilson, 33, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lloyd and charged with felony possession of firearms by a convicted felon. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (nine arrested in drug task force raid) (5/6/2010)
