Listed below is the report for Tuesday Jan. 15, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Raul Carrasco, 49, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer O'Neal and charged with his second offense of driving on a suspended license and cancelled registration. Carrasco remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/22/2012) (1/26/2012) (11/5/2011) (5/27/2011)
Gregory Crawford Jr., 24, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Eason on a warrant charging him with felony possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Crawford was released 40 minutes later. See also (7/7/2012) (3/7/2012)
Tyrus Nashae Price, 18, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Pilgrim and charged with obstruction of an officer. Price was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.
Brandon Shane Sullins, 20, of Rome is currently being housed at the Polk County jail for Floyd County.
Arrest reports do not reflect the guilt or innocence of the individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest/charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or acquittal is determined by the court system.
