Polk County Ga. arrest report dated Jan. 14, 2013 (Photos)

The Polk County Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover the Polk County, Ga. area, including Cedartown, Rockmart and Aragon.

Listed below is the report for Monday Jan. 14, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Donnie Lee Fuller, 43, of Cedartown was re-arrested by Polk County Deputy Eason due to a $15,100 bond drop on an original charge of terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Tray Deandrea Galbreath, 27, of Clarksville, Tn., is currently being housed for U.S. Marshal. See also (police seize 18 lbs. cocaine and $18,000 cash) (U.S. vs. Whitlock)

Johnathan Ray Lewis, 18, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and Mclendon and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects. Lewis was released on 1/15 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Michael Towns, 51, of was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson and charged with criminal trespass and public drunk. Towns remains in custody at the time of this publication. Franklin Ray Woods, 38, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Eason and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Woods was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond with special bond conditions.
