Listed below is the report for Saturday Jan. 12, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Willard Brown, 41, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Dyer and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct. Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two cash fines totaling $411 have been set. See also (10/8/2011) (10/9/2010)
Gina Nicole Gonzales, 23, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County deputies and charged with felony theft by taking. Gonzales was released on 1/14 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (4/2/2012) (2/22/2012) (9/4/2011) (7/22/2010) (10/18/2009)
Larry Chadwick Isbell, 40, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Rayburn and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Isbell remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set.
Jesse Duane Jackson, 30, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Hunter on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Christopher Franklin Keeton, 27, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies and charged with financial transaction card fraud. Keeton was released on 1/14 after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (10/9/2012)
Joshua Maulding, 23, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Maulding was released the same day after paying $375.50 cash.
Heather Ruth Swift, 27, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Deputy Deaton and charged with fourth degree forgery and theft by receiving stolen property. Swift remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling 412,100 have been set. See also (1/14/2010) (fight)
Jason Adam Wall, 37, of Cartersville was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with disorderly conduct. Wall was released the same day $205.50 cash.
Shanmika Shanell Ware, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with criminal trespass. Ware remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set. See also (12/8/2012) (7/23/2012) (4/21/2011)
