Listed below is the report for Friday Jan. 11, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Jonathan Mack Brown of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County police and charged with criminal trespass (FVA). Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/14/2011) (10/19/2010) (7/18/2010) (2/16/2010)
Dennis Conner of Cave Springs was arrested by Polk County police and charged with felony theft by taking. Conner was released on 1/12 after posting a $5,100 property bond.
Jerry Holtzclaw of Buchanan was arrested on a warrant out of Haralson County. Holtzclaw remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Dimitrius Lashun Huggins of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County deputies on a felony probation violation. Huggins remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/5/2012) (1/5/2012) (8/16/2011)
James Randall Messick of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (7/4/2010) (4/15/2010)
Marco Antonio Nunez of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (11/12/2012)
Charles Keith Shaw of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with DUI-drugs, failure to maintain lane, tire requirement, possession of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of a drug related object. Shaw remains in custody at the time of this publication. Six property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set. See also (12/24/2012)
Drexel Ray Roberts of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County police and charged with suspended tag, no tag light and failure to appear in probate court. Roberts remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/26/2012)
Carlos Laron Stallings of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Stallings was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (1/25/2012) (10/1/2011)
Cody Tucker of Cave Springs was arrested by Polk County police and charged with felony theft by taking. Tucker was released on 1/12 after posting a $5,100 property bond.
Craig Allen Waits of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation. Waits remains in custody at the time of this publication.
