Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday February 7, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Brittany Nicole Allen, 19, of Canton was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor. Allen was released on 4/8 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (9/23/2013) (7/12/2013) (3/22/2013) (2/21/2013) (1/28/2013)

Robert Allen Brooks, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor. Brooks was released on 2/8 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (1/4/2010)

Christopher Alex Byers, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, suspended registration and no insurance. Byers was released on 2/8 after posting three property bonds totaling $2,930.

Brittany Hope Deaton, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and a previous bond drop. Deaton was released on 2/8 after posting two property bonds totaling $7,200. See also (7/10/2013) (1/20/2013) (7/28/2012) (1/3/2012) (3/6/2011) (9/10/2010) (9/14/2009)

Alicia Nicole Gaston, 26, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Gaston remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/20/2012) (9/7/2011) (4/15/2011)

Jeremy Lee Harmon, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor. Harmon was released on 2/8 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (7/10/2013) (9/25/2012) (4/9/2012) (7/15/2011) (11/20/2010) (6/15/2010) (Cave Spring Road Drug Bust)

Cindy Michelle Lackey, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI (drugs), child restraint violation, failure to maintain lane, DUI with child endangerment under 14 years of age, driving without a license, possession of schedule II drugs, possession of schedule IV drugs, possession of dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container and a previous bond drop. Lackey remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $27,400 have been set.

Cynthia Diane Moon, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and defective equipment. Moon was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760.

Kristi M Worthy, 43, of Tallapoosa was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Worthy was released the same day after paying $290 cash.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
