Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday February 4, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Quitman Deshawn Berry, 21, of Aragon was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation. Berry was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,430.See also (8/11/2013) (2/24/2013) (12/16/2012) (11/30/2012) (11/23/2012) (7/19/2012)

Reuben Douglas Burge, 41, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Burge was released the same day after posting a $1,200 property bond. See also (1/14/2014)

Kelly Davenport, 36, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with truancy. Davenport was released the same day after posting a $500 cash bond. See also (11/18/2013)

Henry Parrish Erwin IV, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with second degree criminal damage to property. Erwin was released on 2/6 after posting a $2,100 OT bond. See also (9/11/2011)

Vivian Denise Foster, 47, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. Foster remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/28/2013)

Christy Nichole Frazier, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with truancy. Frazier was released the same day after posting a $600 property bond. See also (4/14/2012)

Heather Nichole Hammonds, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking and entering an auto with the intent to commit a theft. Hammonds was released on 2/5 after posting two property bonds totaling $4,100.

Anthony Jerome Heath, 43, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Heath remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/12/2013)

Gregory Scott House, 36, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for parole violation. House remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/8/2010)

Heather Roshel Ledbetter, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Ledbetter was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond.

Astrid Pecola Perry, 37, of Summerville was booked into the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.
