Kelly Davenport, 36, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with truancy. Davenport was released the same day after posting a $500 cash bond. See also (11/18/2013)
Henry Parrish Erwin IV, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with second degree criminal damage to property. Erwin was released on 2/6 after posting a $2,100 OT bond. See also (9/11/2011)
Christy Nichole Frazier, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with truancy. Frazier was released the same day after posting a $600 property bond. See also (4/14/2012)
Heather Nichole Hammonds, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking and entering an auto with the intent to commit a theft. Hammonds was released on 2/5 after posting two property bonds totaling $4,100.
Anthony Jerome Heath, 43, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Heath remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/12/2013)
Gregory Scott House, 36, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for parole violation. House remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/8/2010)
Heather Roshel Ledbetter, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Ledbetter was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond.
Astrid Pecola Perry, 37, of Summerville was booked into the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.
