Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday February 26, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Kameron Wade Baker, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Baker remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (2/10/2014) (1/4/2014) (10/19/2013)

Julius Austin Byers, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with shoplifting, possession of marijuana and transporting drugs across guard line. Byers remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/5/2013) (2/22/2013)

Alex Harrison Clement, 36, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Clement remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,737 cash bond has been set. See also (9/10/2012) (7/11/2011)

Melissa Henderson, 43, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call. Henderson was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Luke Conner Holder, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Holder was released the same day after posting a $1,000 property bond.

Dallas Thomas Keats, 24, of Temple was housed at the Polk County jail for Haralson County. Keats remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/18/2013) (5/18/2013) (4/7/2013)

Daniel Martin, 34, of Cedartown was arrested for violating a good behavior bond. Martin remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $500 cash bond has been set.

Justin Daniel Wilson, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespass and failure to appear in magistrate court. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $4,100 and a cash bond of $549.50 have been set. See also (12/27/2012) (7/19/2012)
