Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday February 25, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

John Andrew Becknell, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Becknell was released on 2/26 after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (8/14/2011) (4/21/2011) (12/1/2010)

Christopher Dion High, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. High was released on 2/26 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (2/15/2014)

James Anthony High, 55, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault and obstruction of medical professional. High remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $2,600 have been set.

Jerome Lee Hulsey, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Tony Lee Hyde, 56, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with sales of methamphetamine. Hyde remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set.

Argen Franklin Morris Jr., 47, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple assault. Morris remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set.

Tony Pittman, 20, of Lithonia was arrested and charged with second degree cruelty to children and terroristic threats and acts. Pittman remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.

Michael Dean Sinclair, 43, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Sinclair remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $335 cash bond has been set. See also (6/4/2013) (4/21/2013) (9/14/2012)

Ernest Lee Wheeler Jr., 56, of Villa Rica was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Wheeler remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set. See also (3/10/2010)
