Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday February 24, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Quitman Deshawn Berry, 21, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and speeding. Berry was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $3,440. See also (2/4/2014) (8/11/2013) (2/24/2013) (12/16/2012) (11/30/2012) (11/23/2012) (7/19/2012)

Alberto C Cruz, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with reckless driving, failure to signal and speeding. Cruz was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $1,110.

Lucurtis Andrew Diamond, 25, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court and no seat belt. Diamond remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Christopher David Kriesler, 63, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Kriesler was released on 2/26 after posting two property bonds totaling $4,100.

Daryl Dewayne Little, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and failure to obey stop sign. Little was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,580. See also (2/22/2013)

William Scott Reeves, 45, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for felony parole violation. Reeves remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/3/2014) (9/1/2011) (8/28/2010) (7/29/2009)

Terry Dewayne Robinson, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with theft by taking, reckless driving, criminal trespass and entering an auto with felony intent. Robinson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set. Robert Shane Turner, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and tag light violation.
