The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

David Chance Baldwin, 29, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Baldwin remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/5/2013) (7/21/2012) (9/9/2011) (8/12/2010) (11/12/2009)

Erica Lecole Chandler, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Chandler was released on 2/22 after posting a $600 property bond.

Jeffery Lamar Davis, 28, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of firearm during the commission of crime, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and criminal trespass. Steven Daniel Myers, 29, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI (second offense) and open container. Myers was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $4,180. See also (4/23/2013) (12/9/2012)

Mendez Rodrigo Perez, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed. Perez was released the same day after posting a $4,830 property bond.

Ciera Sharday Turner, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI, two counts of DUI endangering a child under 14 years of age, driving too fast for conditions and child restraint violation. Turner was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $5,210. See also (4/13/2011)

Jeffery Leon Washington, 30, of Rockmart was arrested on warrants for two counts contempt of court regarding child support. Washington was released from the Polk County jail the same day after paying $400 cash. See also (2/21/2014)

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
