The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Terry James Millican, 33, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and speeding. Millican was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,890. See also (12/5/2012) (5/26/2012)
Juan Christopher Rocha, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with loud music violation and a warrant for probation violation. Rocha was released the sam eday after paying cash fines and probation fees totaling $416. See also (5/9/2012) (3/20/2011)
Juan Segovia Santos, 38, of Doraville was arrested and charged with reckless driving and speeding. Santos was released the sam eday after posting two property bonds totaling $960.
Brandon Ray Smith, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, hit and run, driving on a suspended license, following too closely and too fast for conditions. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication. Five property bonds totaling $4990 have been set.

Brian Keith Westmoreland, 46, of Cedartown is currently housed at the Polk County jail for United States Marshals. Westmoreland remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/5/2014)
