Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday February 2, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Sherry Lynn Bennett, 41, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI, endangering a child under 14 years of age while DUI, reckless driving, failure to exercise due care, child safety restraint violation and failure to maintain lane. Bennett was released on 2/3 after posting six property bonds totaling $5,600.

Jason Ryan Carter, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and busted windshield. Carter was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (4/12/2011)

Jeremiah Scott Morgan, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with obstruction of law enforcement. Morgan remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/20/2013) (8/24/2012)

Jose Anthony Pineda, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with obstruction of law enforcement. Pineda was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (9/26/2013)

Herschel James Waddell, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), interference with 911 call and third degree cruelty to children. Waddell remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (3/19/2010)
