Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday February 18, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Dalton Parker Bohanan, 27, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. Bohanan remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/20/2012) (9/28/2012) (8/5/2012)

Henry P Davis, 35, of Waco was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Davis remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/23/2012)

Kirsten Nicole Jerguson, 35, of Rockmart was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Jerguson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/7/2013) (2/20/2013) (1/24/2012) (11/21/2011) (7/24/2011)

Shideise Monic Miller, 43, of Decatur was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to use right lane. Miller was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,560.

Tifton Peek, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children. Peek was released on 2/20 after posting a $10,100 property bond.

Terry Dewayne Robinson, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with hit and run and failure to yield right of way. Robinson was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,000. See also (7/21/2013) (4/12/2012) (5/12/2011) (8/1/2010) (2/28/2010) (10/24/2009) (9/16/2009)

Jeffery Wayne Waddell, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and driving on a suspended license.
