Tiffany Deanna Bruce, 35, of Lindale is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court.
Otis Dustin Ferguson, 26, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Ferguson remains in custody at the time of this publication.
