Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday February 16, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Jerimy Allen Chavez, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and loud music violation. Chavez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Victoria Anne Espinoza, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Espinoza was released on 2/16 after posting a $4,830 property bond. See also (1/18/2013) (3/27/2011)

Anthony Shane Franks, 40, of Cedartown was arrested on 2/15 in Rome, GA. and charged with city drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Stephen Anthony Reed, 33, of Kennesaw was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Reed remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set.
