Listed below is the report for Friday Feb. 8, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Adrian Daray Bentley, 21, of Rome was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. See also (1/25/2012) (12/20/2011) (11/11/2011) (8/28/2011) (8/9/2010)

Rodrigo Castaneda-Bobadilla, 17, of Powder Springs was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson and charged with driving in violation of class restrictions and failure to maintain lane.

Wilma Jean Godfrey, of Rockmart was arrested in Floyd County and held for a warrant issued by Rockmart Police for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Godfrey remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/16/2010) (6/13/2010)

Gustavo Romero Hernandez, 32, of Cedartown was sentenced. see also (12/23/2012)

Daniel Clay Hulsey, 37, of Aragon was sentenced. See also (8/28/2012) (7/5/2012) (8/9/2011) (7/30/2010)

William Miller of Cedartown was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

Thomas Spencer Pierce, 27, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Parker and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Pierce remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/14/2012)

Stacy Nicole Stough of Dalton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Stough remains in custody at the time of this publication. A property bond in the amount of $37,300 has been set.

Christopher Brian Watford , 40, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation. See also (arrest made in pipe bomb incident ) (4/28/2010) (12/11/2009)

Reginald Djuane Wheeler, 25, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Roberson and charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of a drug related object, simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and probation violation. Wheeler remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $22,200 have been set. See also (11/8/2011) (8/30/2011)
