Polk County Ga. arrest report dated Feb. 7, 2013 (Photos)

The Northwest Georgia Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover Polk, Floyd and Haralson Counties.

Listed below is the report for Thursday Feb. 7, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details. Alforion.d remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Marquita Lavale Alford, 23, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputies on a warrant for probation violation. Alford remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (carjacking,kidnapping and armed robbery) (8/31/2011) (child molestation) (4/21/2010) (8/24/2009)

Connie Packer Bramlett, 55, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with theft by shoplifting. Bramlett was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.

Arthur Junior Brown Jr., 50, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and McClendon and charged with open container, public drunk, pedestrian must walk on sidewalk. Brown was released on 2/8 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Jeremiah M. Costlow, 28, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for deposit account fraud.

Kenyon Vonte Cole, 32, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and McClendon and charged with possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, obstruction, bicycle head light violation and riding a bicycle on wrong side of roadway. Michael Dean Easterwood, 52, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and McClendon and charged with open container, public drunk, pedestrian must walk on sidewalk. Easterwood was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (2/1/2013) (1/12/2012) (9/20/2011)

Silverio Escalante Velasquez, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer McBride and charged with driving while unlicensed. Velasquez was released on 2/8 after posting a $1,410 property bond.
