Listed below is the report for Sunday Feb. 3, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Justin Kyle Ballew, 23, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Deputy Price on warrants for two counts probation violation. Ballew remains in custody at the time of this publication. Harley B Carroll, 22, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Speck and charged with shoplifting. Carroll was released on 2/4 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (9/11/2012)
Lochlyn Mark Henderson, 50, of Dallas was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Jarrell and charged with battery and third degree cruelty to children. Henderson was released on 2/4 after posting two property bonds totaling $5,100.
Aron Escalante Hernandez, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Wilkes and charged with driving while unlicensed; fail to stop at stop sign and two counts child restraint violations. Hernandez was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Keundria Lashun Johnson, 22, of Rome was arrested by Polk County Deputies Henderson and Eason on warrants for two counts theft by deception. Henderson was released on 2/4 after posting two property bonds totaling $5,200. See also (11/23/2012)
Ray Overton, 28, of Talladega, Ala., was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Coppock and charged with open container and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Overton was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.

Donovan Scott Rickman, 26, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Jarrell and charged with theft by shoplifting. Rickman was released on 2/5 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.
Carlos Laron Stallings, 35, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer McClendon and charged with simple assault, theft by deception, false imprisonment and robbery. Stallings remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/11/2013) (1/25/2012) (10/1/2011)
Detraio Lamar Stocks, 27, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Coppock and charged with open container and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Stocks was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (1/5/2013) (8/2/2010) (11/5/2009)
Kimberly Shay White, 22, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Speck and charged with shoplifting. White was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police department. See also (10/12/2010)
Marcus Leroy Young, 43, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson and charged with public drunk and criminal trespass. Young remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two cash bonds totaling $411 have been set. See also (1/4/2013) (10/3/2012) (9/16/2012)
