Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday Feb. 26, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. Donald Donell Banks, 32, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Wilkes and charged with felony false imprisonment. Banks remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Rolando Blas-De-La-Rosa, 45, of Jacksonville, Fla. is currently being housed for the U.S. Marshal Service.
Jenarius Contel Brown, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer McBride on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Brown was released on 2/27 after paying$276.84 cash settlement.
Christopher Demond Diamond, 23, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with walking in roadway where a sidewalk is provided and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Diamond remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/24/2010)
Terry Tyrone Pollard Jr., 17, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer O'Neal and charged with resisting a police officer. Pollard was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (1/19/2013) (8/1/2012)
Nicholas Benjamin Ray, 33, of Senoia was arrested by Polk County Deputy Swift on a warrant for probation violation. Ray remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/17/2011) (Homeland security employee charged with sexual assault on a juvenile)
Ignacio Rodrigues, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Scott and charged with no license and a tag light violation. See also (10/11/2012)
Brandy Nichole Schwartz, 27, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Williams on warrants for truancy and failure to appear in magistrate court. Schwartz remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/18/2011)
Travis Demond Shooks, 31, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Rush and charged with false imprisonment. Shooks remains in custody at the time of this publication.
