Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday Feb. 25, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. Tiffany Lynn Boozer, 25, of Rome is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (1/30/2013) (1/28/2013)
Joshua Bragg, 26, of was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for misdemeanor deposit account fraud. Bragg was released the same day after paying $385.50 in cash. See also (9/19/2010) (11/29/2009)
Virgil E. Dorsey, 50, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Dorsey remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/24/2012) (5/13/2012) (10/19/2011) (8/4/2011) (8/24/2010)
Amanda A. Fincher, 32, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on warrants for three counts deposit account fraud. Fincher remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three cash fines totaling $877.92 have been set. See also (2/23/2013)
Mary Jean Graff, 42, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer McBride and charged with driving without a license. Graff was released the same day after posting a $1,410 property bond.
Henry Earl Massenburg, 37, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Dyer and charged with first degree forgery. Massenburg was released on 2/26 after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (3/13/2011)
Samuel Earl McClain Jr., 31, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson and charged with violation a city ordinance of disorderly conduct. McClain was released on 2/26 after paying a $205.50 cash fine. See also (5/6/2011)
Debra Ann McCrary, 54, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson on a warrant for failure to appear in Aragon municipal court. McCrary remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/15/2010)
Ricky Austin Pope, 17, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Hite and charged with simple battery. Pope was released on 2/26 after posting a $1,100 property bond.
Brandy Richards, 30, of Cartersville was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Deaton on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Richards was released the same day after paying $366.16 cash.
Brian Edwin Spann, 36, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Henderson and charged with two counts theft by deception and probation violation.
