Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday Feb. 24, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Douglas Marlin Brumit, 55, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with driving on a suspended license and no tag light. Brumit was released on 2/25 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (7/28/2011) (five arrested in meth investigation)
Mason Andrew Burns, 17, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. Burns was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Jonathan Cody Cheeks, 20, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with driving under the influence of marijuana, no head lights and no tag lights. Cheeks was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (4/6/2011)
Daniel Robert Edwards, 24, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Yarbrough and charged with theft by shoplifting and possession of drug related objects. Marvin Escutia, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Montgomery and charged with discharging a firearm near a public street, reckless conduct and obstruction. Escutia was released on 2/25 after posting three property bonds totaling $6,100. See also (2/28/2010)
Christian Gonzalez, 26, of Cedartown was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Montgomery and charged with discharging a firearm near a public street, reckless conduct and obstruction. Gonzalez was released on 2/25 after posting three property bonds totaling $6,100.
Johnny Bineda Gonzalez, 24, of Cedartown was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Montgomery and charged with discharging a firearm near a public street, reckless conduct and obstruction. Rafael Gonzalez, 29, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Montgomery and charged with discharging a firearm near a public street, reckless conduct and obstruction. Gonzalez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set.
Dina Shree Lewis, 50, of Buchanan was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Tallent and charged with DUI, open container in vehicle and failure to obey traffic control device. Lewis was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Sergio Nunez, 20, of Cedartown was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Montgomery and charged with discharging a firearm near a public street, reckless conduct and obstruction. Nunez was released on 2/25 after posting three property bonds totaling $6,100. See also (4/29/2012)
Susanita Pizano, 33, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Wallace and charged with allowing another to violate state law. Pizano was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (1/28/2013)
