Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday Feb. 23, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
Charles Timothy Myers, 41, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with fourth degree forgery. Myers was released on 2/25 after posting a $5,100 property bond.
Jimmy Lee Pilgrim, 49, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Anderson on a warrant for probation violation. Pilgrim remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Bradley Nicholson Vance, 29, of Silver Creek was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Hearne and charged with driving while license withdrawn and a tail light violation. Vance was released the same day after bonding out through the Aragon Police Department.
