Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday Feb. 22, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. Danny Harris, 58, of was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Swift on a warrant for probation violation. Harris remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Johnny Wayne Ingram, 46, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Wallace and charged with two counts felony theft by shoplifting. Ingram remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,200 have been set.
Daryl Dewayne Little, 46, of was re-arrested by Polk County Deputy Swift due to a bond drop.
Angie Elizabeth Odell, 43, of was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for probation violation. Odell remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Anthony Scott Presley, 28, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with disorderly conduct.Presley was released the same day after paying a $205.50 cash bond.
