Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday Feb. 20, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

Jason Rodney Cheatwood, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for theft by deception. Cheatwood was released on 2/22 after posting a $4,100 property bond. See also (11/2/2012) (6/5/2012) (3/1/2012) (9/5/2011) (11/19/2010)

Brett Wayne Dingler, 30, of Calhoun was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lloyd and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a drug related object. Dingler was released on 2/22 after posting two property bonds totaling $6,100. See also (6/11/2012) (8/9/2009)

James Davenport Ferrell, 35, of Rockmart is ow being housed at the Polk County jail. Ferrell was harged in 2010 with rape, kidnapping, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, aggravated child molestation and first degree cruelty to children. A probation violation warrant was recalled on 2/22. Ferrell remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (missing 7-year-old) (arrest made in earlier kidnapping)

Brenda K. Henry, 60, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with terroristic threats and acts. Henry was released on 2/21 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Kirsten Nicole Jerguson, 34, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with giving false information to a police officer and two warrants for failure to appear in probate court. Jerguson was released on 2/21. See also (1/24/2012) (11/21/2011) (7/24/2011)

Billy Joe McKee, 51, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. See also (10/12/2012) (1/27/2012) (8/17/2010)

Jeremiah Scott Morgan, 34, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Henderson on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Morgan was released on 2/22 after paying $423 to Intertech. See also (8/24/2012)

Ronnie Charles Millican, 27, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of schedule IV drug, possession of a schedule IV drug with intent to distribute, drugs not in original container and a warrant issued by the Hiram Police Department. Millican remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Megan Alicia Payne, 23, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lloyd and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a drug related object. Payne remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $5,600 have been set.

Terry Drew Rayburn, 28, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lloyd and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a drug related object. Rayburn remains in custody at the time of this publication. Rayburn remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. Jaden Ryan-Rice Snell, 17, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Robinson and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and terroristic threat and acts under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Snell remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set.
