Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday Feb. 19, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
Bobby Trey Brown, 22, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Hearne and charged with driving while license withdrawn, tail light violation and windshield violation. Brown was released on 2/19 after posting three property bonds totaling $3,510. See also (11/13/2013)
Jason Darwin Baker, 41, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant out of Gwinnett County. See also (7/25/2012)
William Bradley Carter, 54, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with disorderly conduct, multiuse parks and trails and public drunkenness. Carter remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three cash bonds totaling $616.50 have been set. See also (10/13/2011) (5/4/2011)
Gregory Crawford Jr., 24, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Swift on a felony warrant for probation violation. Crawford remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/15/2013) (7/7/2012) (3/7/2012)
Sharica Shanta Davis, 28, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with cruelty to children, interfering with 911 calls, battery and criminal trespass. Davis was released on 2/19 after posting four property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (8/14/2011)
Jennifer Michelle Ford, 29, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Anderson and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving under the influence. Ashley Dawn Harris, 29, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with theft by shoplifting. Harris was released on 2/20 after paying a $205.50 cash fine.

Christi L. Waters, 28, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Waters remains in custody at the time of this publication.
