Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday Feb. 18, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Tyler Mason Hamrick, 20, of Cedartown was sentenced to serve certain days or pay $379.50 to Intertech. Hamrick was released the same day after paying the probation fees. See also (5/29/2012)
Kendrick Shaun Hulsey, 28, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Hulsey remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/17/2013) (10/27/2011)
Gerardo Guzman Salgado, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Kinne and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Salgado remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set.
Catherine Bonds Smith, 53, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with driving on a suspended license.
