Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday Feb. 16, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
David Christopher Bennett, 24, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Kinne and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), kidnapping under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and false imprisonment. Bennett remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Corey Daniel Brown, 26, of Dallas was arrested by Polk County Police Officer McBride and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Brown was released on 2/17 after posting a $1,612 property bond.
Christopher Lamar Darden, 37, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Coppock and charged with driving on a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a proper tag/decal. Sabino Deleon-Castanon, 31, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Sharp and charged with driving on a suspended license. Deleon-Castanon was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Christopher Alan Mobbs, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer McClendon and charged with public drunk. Mobbs remains in custody at the time of this publication. Prestina Hancock Moore, 58, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedatown Police Officer Nicholson and charged with driving on a suspended license. Moore was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Scott Jason Turner, 39, of Dallas was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson and charged with driving on a suspended license. Turner was released the same day after posting a $1,610 property bond.
