Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday Feb. 14, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

Jacob W. Blackwood, 33, was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Evans on a warrant for parole violation.

Maxine Crawford, 38, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County NET and charged with felony possession of cocaine. Crawford was released the same day after posting a property bond in the amount of $5,100. See also (arrest details)

Brooklyn Marie Cronan, 17, was Taylorsville was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with public indecency and multi-uses of parks and trails. Cronan was released on 2/15 after paying two cash fines totaling $411.

Trina Sisneros Gibbs, 32, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy McKinney and charged with forgery in the first degree. Gibbs was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Bridget Nicole Green, 17, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County NET and charged with felony possession of cocaine. Green was released on 2/15 after posting a $5,100 property bond. See also (arrest details)

Zadrain Marcus McConnell, 33, of was arrested by Rockmart police Officer Montgomery on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. The warrant was recalled and McConnell was released on 2/15. See also (12/3/2012) (6/7/2012)

Camry Lasia Pullum, 28, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine. Pullum remains in custody at the time of this publication. Camry was released on 2/15 after posting a $5,100 property bond. See also (arrest details)

Jessica Lynn Rogers, 26, of Rome was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Drain and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of schedule IV drug, drugs not in original container, failure to obey signal and hold for Douglas County. Rogers was released the same day to Douglas County authorities.

James Edward Suehr, 46, of Linden Tn., was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on warrants for aggravated sodomy, sexual battery, child molestation and failure to appear in superior court. Suehr remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. The alleged sexual abuse occurred on Jan 1, 1994 and warrants were issued for Suerh's arrest. Suerh has been one of Polk County's most wanted fugitives.

Zachary Adam Summerville, 19, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with public indecency and multi-uses of parks and trails. Summerville was released on 2/15 after paying two cash fines totaling $411.

Kenneth Lee Ware, 26, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County NET and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a drug related object, possession of firearms by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm while trying to commit crimes, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and traffic in cocaine.
