Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday Feb. 13, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. Weldon Lee Easterwood, 32, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Turner on warrants for two counts probation violation. See also (11/26/2011) (7/9/2011)
Catalina Jimenez Guzman, 36, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Amos and charged with driving without a license. Guzman was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.
Johnny Lee Hilliard, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Wright on warrants for failure to appear in probate court and failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Arthur Lee Pope, 44, of Cedartown was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Speck on a hold for Braswell Police Department. See also (12/27/2012)
Tensley Usher III, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Kitchens and charged with driving while license suspended, giving false information and head light violation. Toni R. Williams, 40, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with no insurance, failure to change address on driver's license, improperly transferred tag and failure to stop for a stop sign. Williams was released on 2/14 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Robert Witt Jr., 39, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for endangering security interest. Witt was released on 2/14 after posting a $4,100 property bond. See also (1/27/2013)
