Listed below is the report for Sunday Feb. 10, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. David Loring Covington, 54, of was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with DUI and following too closely. Covington was released on 2/10 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Sondra Adel Hensley, 53, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Hensley was released the same day paying a $15 cash fine. See also (3/24/2011)
