Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday December 8, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Ramiro Gumercini Diaz-Nolasco, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal, driving without a license and open container in vehicle. Diaz-Nolasco remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $4,060 have been set.

Brian Freeman, 48, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant out of Kentucky. Freeman remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Steven Gerald Gugat, 22, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, driving without a license, no tag or registration, no insurance, operating an unsafe vehicle and head light/tail light violation. Gugat was released on 12/9 after posting six property bonds totaling $5640.

Autumn Dell McDonald, 42, of Rome was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. McDonald remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/24/2012)

Christy Lynn Porter, 35, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting (fourth offense). Porter was released the same day after posting a $2,000 property bond.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
