Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday December 5, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Richard Ance Bailey, 33, of Lindale was arrested and charged with entering automobile, theft by taking and loitering. Bailey remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (7/28/2013) (2/5/2013) (12/14/2012) (3/24/2012) (6/14/2011) (1/7/2010)

April Christina Burgess, 32, of Waco was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule III drug, carrying a concealed weapon in commission of a felony and possession of a drug related object. Burgess remains in custody at the time of this publication. Five property bonds totaling $18,100 have been set.

Julius Austin Byers, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with second degree burglary and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Byers remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $11,200 have been set. See also (2/22/2013)

Tammy Renea Byers, 43, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with burglary. Byers was released on 12/6 after posting a $3,100 property bond.

Adam Ben Costlow, 51, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Costlow remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $455.50 cash bond has been set.

Van Anthony Diamond 45, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Diamond remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/17/2011)

Devan Brooke Hill, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud, two counts financial transaction card theft and two counts theft by taking. Hill remains in custody at the time of this publication. Six property bonds totaling $9,200 have been set. Brent Douglas Holland, 25, of Fruithurst, AL was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of firearm during a crime, possession of a schedule III drug, possession of marijuana and possession of a drug related object. Holland remains in custody at the time of this publication. Five property bonds totaling $18,100 have been set. See also (1/28/2013)

Eddie Wayne Mathis, 53, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Mathis remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/16/2013) (1/8/2013) (7/28/2011) (meth investigation) (5/26/2010)

Kenneth Ray Norton, 55, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related object, possession of a weapon while trying to commit crime, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule III drugs and failure to appear in probate court. Dustin Lee Porter, 27, of Cedartown was arrested on warrants for contempt of court regarding child support. Porter remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/4/2012) (2/17/2010) (10/13/2009)

Danny Ray Willoughby, 45, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Willoughby was released the same day after paying $215 cash. See also (2/11/2013)
