Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday December 30, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Antwon Lavince Edwards, 33, of Rome is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Floyd County authorities on charges of aggravated stalking.

Dustin Cody Hannah, 23, of Rockmart was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. Hannah remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/13/2012) (8/6/2011) (4/6/2011)

Steve Alan Kinard, 34, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Kinard remains in custody at the time of this publication. Kinard must pay $3155.24 in arrears for release. See also (10/15/2013) (5/17/2012) (5/15/2011)

Dennis Craig Martin, 52, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with sudden snatching robbery, stalking, theft by taking and simple assault. Martin remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (7/11/2013) (6/13/2011) (5/9/2011) (3/20/2011)

Ethel Shannon McCarson, 40, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. McCarson remains in custody at the time of this publication. see also (5/20/2013) (9/6/2012) (12/19/2009) (9/13/2009) (8/16/2009)

James Seth Seymour, 22, of Cedartown was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. Seymour remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/26/2012) (3/22/2012) (9/17/2009)
