Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday December 28, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Tina Jo Davenport, 52, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Davenport was released the same day after posting a $1,000 property bond. See also (7/23/2011)

Vivian Denise Foster, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery. Foster remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set.

Christopher Scott Haynes, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by deception. Haynes was released on 12/30 after posting a $5,100 property bond. See also (3/23/2011)

Mark Daniel Jackson, 31, of Dallas was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane. Jackson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $3,180 have been set.

Amanda Dawn Johnson, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with reckless conduct. Johnson was released on 12/30 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Timothy Brian Jones, 46, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Jones remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/7/2012)

Eric Matthew Pruitt, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and expired tag or decal. Pruitt was released on 12/29 after posting two bonds totaling $240.

Steven William Warren, 32, of Cedar Bluff, AL was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. Warren was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,890.

Jessica Williams, 32, of Aragon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Williams was released on 12/30 after posting a $650 property bond. See also (8/29/2013) (7/28/2012) (1/16/2012) (1/26/2011)

Terry Williams, 30, of Aragon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Williams remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/13/2013) (8/29/2013) (8/27/2011)
