Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday December 25, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Richard Franklin Ballew, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence, obstruction and disorderly conduct. Ralph Eugene Bonds, 69, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with loitering. Bonds remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (1/19/2013) (12/7/2010)

Alejandara Caballero, 33, of Rome was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Caballero was released the same day after posting a $150 cash bond.

Dontavious Demond Darden, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking, obstruction and probation violation. Johnny Lee Olive, 27, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Olive remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/14/2012) (3/17/2010) (3/2/2010)

Joseph Henry Penson, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Penson was released the same day after posting a $150 cash bond. See also (5/15/2011) (Cedartown man arrested in connection with King Street shooting)

Felix Soto, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Soto was released on 12/27 after posting a $300 property bond.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
