Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday December 24, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Terry Leroy Brand, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Brand was released on 12/26 after posting a $150 cash bond.

David Calderon, 19, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. see also (10/14/2012)

Nicholas Camarata Carter, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Carter was released on 12/26 after posting two property bonds totaling $3,100.

Andrew Wayne Gentry, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. Gentry remains in custody at the time of this publication. A 42,100 property bond has been set. See also (6/7/2013) (10/20/2012)

Decius Octavious Manuel, 33, of Union City was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic control device, open container in vehicle and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. Manuel remains in custody at the time of this publication. Five property bonds totaling $5,900 have been set.

Barry Mason, 56, of Taylorsville was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule IV drug, obstruction and public drunkenness. Mason remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set.

Elgin Eugene Morgan, 60, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI (second offense), driving on suspended license, failure to use turn signal and failure to maintain lane. Morgan remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $10,100 have been set. See also (6/30/2012) (10/15/2011)

Sergio Nunez, 21, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and speeding.

Eduardo DeJesus Pineda, 20, of Cedartown was arrested in Rome and charged with under-age possession of alcohol.

Ladwon Kendall White, 21, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine and distribution of marijuana. White remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Raven Lashae Wilson, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Wilson was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
