Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday December 2, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Morris Ashley, 58, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, criminal attempt, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and prowling. Stephanie Ann Baldwin, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Baldwin remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set. Jonathan Lacey Blankenship, 30, of Aragon was arrested in Floyd County and charged with criminal trespass, simple assault, third degree cruelty to children, hindering persons from making an emergency telephone call and probation violation.

Jonathan Paul Fox, 43, of Kennesaw was arrested and charged with party to the crime of shoplifting, possession of schedule IV narcotics and drugs not in original container. Fox was released on 12/3 after posting three property bonds totaling $5,100.

Stacy Dean Fox, 43, of Kennesaw was arrested and charged with shoplifting, possession of schedule IV narcotic and drugs not in original container. Fox was released on 12/3 after posting three property bonds totaling $5,100.

Larry David League, 55, of Lithonia was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. League remains in custody at the time of this publication.

David Richard Long, 55, of Mableton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of misdemeanor hit and run. Long was released the same day after paying a $600 fine.

Jennifer L Stephens (Mallady), 37, of Adairsville was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. Stephens remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,400 property bond has been set.

Edi Alexander Perez-Velasquez, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and window tint violation. Perez-Velasquez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,560 have been set.

Jason Nathaniel Pope, 20, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Pope remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $928 cash bond has been set. See also (6/19/2011)

Roger Cornelius Stephens, 59, of Adairsville was arrested and charged with theft by receiving, theft by taking and first degree burglary. Stephens remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Katorius McConica Williams, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving with no license on person, driving in violation of license class, expired license and window tint violation. Williams remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $1,766 have been set. See also (9/9/2013)
