Heriberto Alvarado, 22, of Jacksonville, AL was arrested and charged with driving without a license and impeding the flow of traffic. Alvarado was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,560.
Kayla Lynne Gaytan, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with first degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass. Gaytan was released on 12/21 after posting three property bonds totaling $10,100. See also (11/7/2013)

Richard Shane Sisson, 40, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for parole violation. Sisson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/21/2012)
Valishia Lynn Teeters, 37, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug related objects. Teeters remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $5,600 have been set. See also (4/9/2013) (10/18/2012)
Damien Scott Wallace, 25, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for violating probation regarding the terms of work release program.
