Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday December 14, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Michael P Carter, 36, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Carter was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond.

Nazario Dionicio-Gonzalez, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, driving without a license and open container in vehicle. Dionicio-Gonzalez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $3,312 have been set.

Patricia Ann Morgan, 43, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Morgan remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $928 cash bond has been set.

Michael Brandon Pinkard, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Pinkard was released on 12/15 after posting a $1,620 cash bond. See also (1/22/2013) (2/4/2012) (6/10/2011) (2/21/2011)

Jessica Nicole Swann, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Swann was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
