Richard Deon Alford, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Alford was released on 12/13 after posting a $300 property bond,
Patrick O'Neal Francis, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Francis was released on 12/13 after posting a $300 property bond.
Bradley Otis Godfrey, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, fleeing/attempting to law enforcement and a tail light violation. Godfrey was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $3,170. See also (10/15/2013) (12/4/2011)
Jonathan Reid Haney, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of drug related objects and failure to maintain lane.See also (7/24/2013)

Kandice Nicole Stephens Chapman, 21, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. See also (3/8/2013)
Terry L Tant, 48, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Tant remains in custody at the time of this publication.
