Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday December 11, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Preston Kenneth Cheatwood, 21, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Cheatwood was released the same day after paying a $305 cash fine.

Stevie Ray Corn, 39, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Corn remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/4/2013) (5/29/2013) (12/27/2011)

Van Anthony Diamond, 45, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Diamond remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/5/2013) (9/17/2011)

Asa Corban Dykes, 28, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Dykes remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $290 cash bond has been set. See also

Michelle Lee Morales, 44, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery and third degree cruelty to children. Morales was released on 12/13 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (8/6/2011)

Bobby Edward Perez, 40, of Aragon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Perez was released the same day after posting a $220 cash bond. Terry Tyrone Pollard, 40, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Pollard remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/5/2013)

Gary Tyler Reece, 45, of Canton was arrested and charged with driving on wrong side of roadway, driving while license suspended and operating without proper tag. Reece was released the same day after posting $1,080 cash bond.

Michael William Ross III, 28, of West Palm Beach, FL was arrested and charged with theft by taking motor vehicle, theft by conversion and theft by deception. Ross remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set,
