Listed below is the report for Monday Dec. 31, 2012. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Michael Crunkelton of Silver Creek was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with failure to appear in municipal court. Crunkelton was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Ricky Cruz of Rome was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with possession of a drug related object (pipe). Cruz was released on 1/1 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Octaviano Guzman of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving while unlicensed. Guzman was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Araceli Hernandez of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police on a warrant out of Floyd County.

Juan Vasquez Lopez of Kennesaw was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving while unlicensed. Lopez was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (5/15/2010)

Roderick Machtolff of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court.

Lazaro Ordaz-Rizo of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with no license. Ordaz-Rizo was released on 1/1 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (11/19/2010) (10/22/2010)

Jorge Alberto Palacios-Torres of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving while unlicensed. Palacio-Torres was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (10/31/2011)

Alecia Dawn Parrish of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with theft by shoplifting (second offense). Parrish remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/20/2011) (8/7/2010)

Hugo Segura of Rome was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with possession of marijuana. Segura was released on 1/1 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Donald Ray Taylor Jr., of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with theft by shoplifting (first offense). Taylor was released the same day after posting a $1.100 property bond. See also (6/30/2012) (5/7/2012)

Steven Wood of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with driving while suspended. Wood was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
