Listed below is the report for Sunday Dec. 30, 2012. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Ricky Lee Bradford Jr. of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County deputies for felony probation violation. Bradford remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (9/9/2012) (4/3/2012) (6/1/2010)
Robert Farmer of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Farmer was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Marvin Fuqua of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County police and charged with DUI-drugs, failure to maintain lane and improper right turn. Fuqua was released on 12/31 after posting a $5,100 property bond with certain bond conditions.
Raul Hernandez Cruz of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, criminal damage to property and driving too fast for conditions. Hernandez was released on 12/31 after posting four property bonds totaling $8,200. See also (7/28/2010)
Sean Higgins of Rockmart was arrested by Aragon police and charged with theft of services. Higgins remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set.
Esdras Mendez-Lopez of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and false identification. Mendez-Lopez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds for the current charges totaling $3,100 have been set. In addition, two additional prior property bonds totaling $9,200 have been set due to bonds that have been dropped by Bulldog Bonding on previous charges of simple battery, third degree cruelty to children and public drunk. Robert Sanders of Dawsonville was arrested by Aragon police on a warrant for failure to appear in Aragon municipal court. Sanders remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/1/2010)
Meggan Dawn Sego of Rockmart was arrested by Aragon police and charged with DUI and improper right turn. Sego was released the same day after bonding out through the Aragon Police Department. See also (5/25/2010) (3/3/2010)
Duanne Scott Walter of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Walter was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police department. See also (7/12/2011) (5/16/2011)
Kevin Dolan Wilson of Aragon was arrested by Polk County police and charged with obstruction of an officer, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance beyond the guard line. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set. See also (1/22/2012) (2/10/2011)
