Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday August 30, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office .

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

April Dawn Combes, 28, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with speeding and obstruction of an investigation. Combes remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Deundra Martez Cummings, 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and obstruction. Cummings was released on 9/1 after posting property bonds totaling $4,100. See also (5/12/2014)

Benjamin William Frank, 25, of Acworth was arrested and charged with giving false information. Frank remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set.

Jamie Leigh Kimmons, 31, of Douglasville was arrested on a warrant issued out of Anniston, AL for exposing a child to chemical endangerment. (Alabama Code)

Fernando Pascual Medina, 40, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, suspended tag and resisting arrest. Medina was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $5,900.

Brittany Lanies Mims, 24, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear.

James Caleb Reddish, 23, of Cedartown was arrested for violating drug court terms. Reddish remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Krisy Robinson, 28, of was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. See also (4/24/2013)

Justin Lee Williams, 18, of was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Kayla Sharna Williams, 21, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Williams was released on 9/1 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Jason Curtis Wolf, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Wolf was released the same day after posting a $450 property/$225 cash bond.
