Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday August 3, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Leo Bardo Alba, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Alba was released the same day after posting a $150 cash bond.

Michael Dwayne Carver, 39, of Dallas was arrested and charged with theft by taking, theft by shoplifting and violation of handicap parking space. Carver remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $5,100 have been set.

Mario Markevius Hall, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and obstruction of an officer. Hall remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (6/13/2013)

Charles Daniel Harkins, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended (second offense) and defective equipment. Harkins was released on 8/4 after posting property bonds totaling $3,370.

Allison Leigh Henson, 29, of Dallas was arrested and charged with two counts theft by shoplifting, theft by taking, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and prescription drugs not in original container. Henson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set.

Linda Michelle Long, 41, of Aragon was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA), second degree cruelty to children (FVA) and interference with 911 call. Long remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.

Jose Perez, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA), false imprisonment (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Perez remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.

Ciara Shantell Rowland, 27, of Aragon was booked into the Polk County jail as a part of weekend sentencing. See also (10/26/2013)

Perry Melvin Strickland, 59, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunk. Strickland remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $300 property or $150 cash bond has been set. See also (6/4/2014)

James Michael Truett, 40, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Truett remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/25/2012)

Timothy Dwayne Wilson, 52, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/28/2013)

Marcus Leroy Young, 45, of Rockmart was arrested on two warrants for probation violation. Young remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/8/2014)
