Emily Annette Baldwin, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Baldwin was released on 8/30 after posting property bonds totaling $2,100.
Jose Bonvelos-Hernandez, 29, of LaGrange was sentenced.
Thomas Gerald Cochran, 70, of Rockmart was sentenced. See also (3/22/2010)
Ricky William Lee, 52, of Aragon was arrested and charged with simple battery. Lee remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (3/14/2014)
Jennifer Nicole Mesick, 29, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license and suspended tag. Mesick was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,400.
Larry Britt Morgan, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and cruelty to children. Morgan remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.
Cynthia Ann Philpot, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal issuance of a bad check. Philpot was released the same day after paying $380.50.
Lacey Catara Pinkard, 22, of Aragon was arrested and charged with cruelty to animals. Pinkard was released on 8/30 after posting a $15,100 property bond. See also (8/25/2012)

Brittany Nicole Rose, 22, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud and also charged with defective equipment. Rose was released the same day after paying $356.49 cash settlement for the deposit account fraud and a $150 property/$75 cash bond. See also (1/31/2012)
Najawon Devonta Stallworth, 21, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and a warrant for failure to appear (gambling). Stallworth remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/3/2014)
Perry Melvin Strickland, 59, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunk. Strickland was released on 8/30 after posting a $135 cash bond. See also (8/3/2014)
