Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday August 28, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Randy Thomas Bradford, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane. Bradford remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $2,610 have been set. See also (9/5/2012)

Roger Shane Crocker, 39, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant our of White County. See also (3/15/2011)

James William Hulsey, 45, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Hulsey was released on 8/29 after paying $449.50 to Intertech Probation. See also (7/5/2012)

Edwin Joshua Jarrell, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, harassing phone calls and simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Jarrell was released on 8/30 after posting property bonds totaling $7,600. See also (7/3/2013)

Michael Allen Lemacks, 48, of Rome was arrested and charged with DUI (less safe) and driving without headlights when required. Lemacks was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,610. See also (10/2/2009)

Teresa Dejesus Martin-Ramirez, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving with no license and failure to obey stop sign. Martin-Ramirez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,560.

David Carl Meador, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, unregistered vehicle, no seat belt and a windshield violation. Meador remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $1,940 have been set.

Mahalia Beatrice Moore, 62, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. More was released the same day after posting a $205.50 OT bond.

Darryl Montgomery, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and second degree cruelty to children. Montgomery remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set.

Frances Deanna Tidwell, 29, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. See also (1/6/2013)
