The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Steven Louis Bartl, 35, of Carrollton was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Bartl remains in custody at the the time of this publication. See also (5/5/2014)
Tia Rebecca Beasley, 30, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant out of Buchanan. See also (4/10/2013)
Helen Lagene Collins, 23, of Aragon was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children. Collins was released on 8/28 after posting a $4000 OT bond.
Ines Riso-Garcia, 37, of was arrested and charged with driving without a license and a safety belt violation.
Edgardo Pastrana, 29, of Acworth was arrested and charged with driving without a license, two child safety restraint violations, giving false information and a windshield violation. Pastrana was released on 8/28 after posting property bonds totaling $1,440.
Denise Earline Rogers, 47, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with party to a crime of burglary and party to a crime of theft by taking. Rogers was released on 8/28 after posting property bonds totaling $7,100.
Lamar Jerome Seay, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, seat belt violation and a warrant for failure to appear. Seay was released on 8/29 after posting a cash fine of $790 and two property bonds totaling $1,640. See also (6/25/2014)
David S Stephens Jr., 32, of Bremen was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Stephens remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Michael Devon Whitman, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement. Whitman was released the same day after posting cash bonds totaling $616.50.
